• The following models are particularly suitable for measuring dissolved solids in liquids (TDS) in coffee, in order to be able to determine and compare the strength of a cup of coffee. For roasting houses, the TDS % value is used to determine the solubility of a roasting process and check the quality. You can also choose to display Brix or the refraction index.
