Processing Your Order

To process your order, personal data collected from you is passed on to the carrier charged with delivering your order to the extent necessary to deliver your order. To process your payment, we pass on your payment details to the bank charged with processing your payment.


User Data and Cookies

Information which was entered voluntarily in a form must be stored for technical reasons. When data is entered into a form for a customer’s account or to place an order, the entire contents of the entry together with the date, time and IP address of the person sending the form are stored in the database. If you complete an application form, this information is sent to us by email. We also use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, more effective and safer, but above all to speed up navigation on our platform. In addition, cookies allow us to measure how often pages are viewed and how our site is navigated. Please note that some of the cookies of our server are transferred to your system. Our website uses Matomo (Piwik), which is a so-called web analysis service. We and wiredminds employ cookies and/or Web beacons (also known as tracking pixels) on this website. We transfer the data we collect about you, which may also include personal data, to wiredminds or wiredminds gathers this data directly. wiredminds is entitled to use information that you leave behind by visiting our Web sites to create anonymized usage profiles. The data collected shall not be used to personally identify visitors to this website without the express permission of the party affected and shall not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym. Any IP addresses recorded are anonymized immediately by deleting the last number block. Permission to collect and store data in the future may be revoked at any time.

Deletion of Data
