Use: Checking balances for their accuracy is within the scope of the control of measuring equipment in accordance with ISO 9000ff and GLP. BalanceCal leads you with the support of the computer through the test and prepares a test record
Test scope: Reproducibility (=standard deviation), accuracy (=linearity), eccentric loading (=conrer load). Input and checking of tolerances
Data input: Enter weight values either by hand into the PC or automatic transfer via RS 232 C data interface
Test record: Is prepared in accordance with ISO. All calculations are performed automatically by the program. Older calibrations can be called up for retracing purposes
Integrated database for the safekeeping of the complete metrological data of all tests realized + equipment data
Documentation/recalibration: The test report contains all of the data, which are subject to an archiving obligation. It is possible to activate the recalibration date for PC archiving
Who carries out the tests? Any specialist who is conversant with balances and the control of measuring equipment, on condition that test weights are used which have been calibrated by an authorized authority (e.g. DKD) and as a result are traceable
