From the B 27 (Stuttgart - Balingen):
- Coming from the direction of Stuttgart on road number B 27 take the direction of "Rottweil, Albstadt, Balingen".
- Leave the B 27 at the exit "Sigmaringen, Albstadt, Balingen-Süd", take a right turn and follow the road as far as the traffic lights.
- At the traffic lights you turn right in the direction of "Tübingen, Sigmaringen, Albstadt, Frommern".
- You now go under the bridge and as far as the next set of traffic lights.
- At the lights turn right in the direction of "Sigmaringen, Albstadt, Frommern" and after about another 500 metres turn right > exit "Frommern, Gewerbegebiet Gehrn".
- The next right is "Balingen, Frommern".
- Continue to follow the main road through Frommern (approx. 2.8 km).
- About 100 metres after the sign of Dürrwangen you turn right into Beethovenstraße in the direction of "Ziegelei, Waldorfschule, Wanderparkplatz, Schulzentrum".
- After about 400 metres cross the level crossing and take an immediate right turn.

From the B 463 (Bodensee, Lake Constance - Albstadt):
- You join the A81 Singen in the direction of Stuttgart.
- Go beyond Ehingen, Engen and Donaueschingen and Bad Dürrheim.
- At the exit "Villingen-Schwenningen, Rottweil-Süd" join road number B27.
- Follow this road through Rottweil in the direction of Balingen.
- At the exit Balingen Industriegebiet Gehrn turn right.
- At the next junction turn left in the direction of Balingen town centre (Stadtmitte).
- Then get immediately in the right hand lane direction "Sigmaringen, Albstadt, Frommern" and after about 500 metres turn right - exit "Frommern, Gewerbegebiet Gehrn".
- The next right is "Balingen, Frommern".
- Continue to follow the main road through Frommern (approx. 2.8 km).
